On the forenoon on 18th September, we hold the commendation meeting of “young emplyees in workshop and meeting workmates” in meeting room in the first floor. There are six excellent questionnaires, five good proposals and two brilliant interview team commended in the meeting. There are six persons, Shen Xiaohua in First Steelworks, Zhan Anzheng in Second Steelworks, Zuo Haihui in Finishing Pickling Plant, Shi Xiaojie in Calender Processing Plant, Qian Juming in Oxygen-making Plant, Sun Wei in General Affairs Security Section, awarded excellent questionnaires first prize, second prize, third priza.There are five persons, Chen Depin in Calender Processing Plant, Wang Li in Second Steelworks, Kang Yong in Calender Processing Plant, Xu Jianhua in Auxiliary Shop, Wang Yong in First Steelworks, awarded “the good proposals”. The first team and the second team are awarded “brilliant interview team”.
The activity of meeting workmates begin from middle July and go through one and half monthes. We have this activty in order to have more communications between administrative staff and workers at the production line. It is benefit to the company’s development that we can foster more mature workers and managements. It is also help the administrative office young emplyees grow better and faster so that they can do their jobs best and can contribute to better system, deeper emotion, more harmony between works and the compnay. During the activity, young employees overcome the difficulties of high temperature and stopping product that they go deep into workers and communicate with them. They listen to many opinions and advices of purchase, sales, productions and management from workers. The interview teams collect the problems from the workers, in the meanwhile, they have a communication between workshop and branches face to face. They will find the correlate duty depatment to solve the problems and tell the result to the workers.
